1. Scope of services

ScholarsResult is an online education platform. One account gives access to four products:

• · Courses and instructor platform: approved instructors publish and sell digital courses through the marketplace and their own storefronts, and learners buy and stream them online.
• · AI Content Studio: a subscription service that drafts social media content in your voice and schedules or publishes it to accounts you connect.
• · Integrity checks: plagiarism and AI-content detection with downloadable reports.
• · Academic support: editing, proofreading, research consultation, academic writing guidance, application document support, and technical services such as data analysis.

All products are digital and delivered online. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• · Provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• · Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• · Accounts are personal and must not be shared or resold.

3. Buying and taking courses

When you buy a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access and stream it through your ScholarsResult account. You must not download, record, copy, redistribute, or share course content or your access with others. Each course is created and owned by its instructor, who is responsible for its content. Course refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Teaching on ScholarsResult

• · Instructors apply to teach and may publish courses once approved. We may decline applications or remove courses that breach these terms.
• · Instructors keep ownership of their courses and confirm they hold all rights to the material they upload. Instructors grant ScholarsResult a licence to host, display, promote, and deliver that material to buyers.
• · Course payments are processed by Paystack. Each payment is split automatically: the instructor's share is paid to their verified payout account, and the platform fee shown in the instructor dashboard is retained by ScholarsResult.
• · Where a buyer is refunded under our Refund Policy, or a payment is reversed by chargeback, the instructor's share of that sale may be recovered from future payouts.
• · Instructors must describe their courses accurately and must not make misleading income, results, or outcome claims in their storefronts, funnels, or adverts.

5. AI Content Studio subscriptions

• · New accounts can start a free trial without a card. Paid plans are billed in advance every 30 days to the card you authorise, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• · You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
• · If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it. If it keeps failing, the subscription is cancelled.
• · By connecting a social media account, you authorise us to publish the content you approve or schedule to that account. You are responsible for reviewing what is published and for following each platform's rules.
• · AI-generated content can contain errors. You are responsible for content published under your name.

6. Plagiarism and AI checks

Similarity and AI-detection scores are automated estimates that help you review your work. They are not a guarantee of how any institution's own tools will score a document, and they are not a finding of misconduct. Only upload documents you have the right to submit.

7. Academic support projects

Quotes are based on scope, complexity, and deadline. Work starts after payment confirmation or an agreed deposit. Delivery timelines depend on the approved brief and on how quickly the client responds during revisions. Revisions within the original scope are included. Changes that materially alter scope, length, or direction may require a revised quote and timeline. Clients should provide accurate instructions and materials and review delivered work before using it.

8. Academic integrity statement

Academic Integrity Statement: Scholars Result provides educational support, editing, proofreading, research consultation and writing guidance. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any work submitted complies with the academic integrity policies of their institution.

9. Prohibited use

You must not use ScholarsResult to:

• · Impersonate anyone in exams, tests, interviews, or portal activity.
• · Fabricate data, citations, or academic records.
• · Upload or sell content you do not have the rights to.
• · Publish spam, misleading, hateful, or unlawful content.
• · Use stolen payment details or engage in any fraudulent activity.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

10. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. Prices are shown before you pay, and you receive an email receipt for every payment. We do not store full card details. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual property

The ScholarsResult platform, brand, and software belong to ScholarsResult. Courses belong to their instructors. After full payment, academic support clients may use delivered materials for their personal educational or professional purposes, subject to applicable law and institutional rules. You keep ownership of the content you create in AI Content Studio.

12. Limitation of liability

ScholarsResult does not guarantee grades, admissions outcomes, publication acceptance, course results, audience growth, or institutional decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant product or service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use ScholarsResult after an update means you accept the updated terms.
